DISTRIBUTION: The hotel chose robes and cordinating slippers to give to the guests who stayed in the more expensive rooms as they checked in.
OUTCOME:

The hotel’s reputation for quality increased, and guests were very happy with the gift.

OBJECTIVE: Offer a luxurious giveaway for it's late night call-in program.
OVERVIEW:

Spa-style robes were chosen and embroidered with the station’s logo. The robes were packaged in a gift basket with matching slippers.

DISTRIBUTION: After listeners called in, they had the chance to win one of the gift baskets.
OUTCOME:

Listeners were so excited at the thought of winning such a nice gift by calling that the amount of listeners increased by 30%.
