OVERVIEW:

A truck parts and supplier distributor wanted to promote its toll-free number and build customer loyalty.  The company included a cell phone dash pad, imprinted with the company’s logo and toll-free number, in the quarterly mailing to current and potential customers.

OUTCOME:

Since the dash pad was designed to be placed inside vehicles in such a way that the toll-free number could easily be found, sales increased substantially, proving the success of the promotion.
