Gift to new students

OVERVIEW:

A university orientation committee was searching for a clever way to help new students adjust to the campus layout.  With funds in short supply, they teamed up with an area coffee shop chain who contributed 50% of the cost.  The committee and coffee shop chose a travel tumbler as it could easily accomplish the objectives of both. 

DISTRIBUTION:

The tumblers were sent to new students with their orientation packages.  In addition, a coupon inside the tumbler offered students a discount on their first purchase.

OUTCOME:

The reaction from the students was overwhelming.  The coffee shop increased its activity to such a degree that they offered to provide 100% of the cost the following semester.

Increase Sales

OVERVIEW:

A coffee maker wanted to increase sales of its products during the winter months. 

DISTRIBUTION:

They decided to imprint tumblers with the company name and logo and give them away free with every purchase of $20 or more.

OUTCOME:

The customers loved the tumblers, and sales increased because of them.

OBJECTIVE:

Fundraiser

OVERVIEW:

A non-profit organization was hosting a walk-a-thon to raise money for cancer research. 

DISTRIBUTION:

Since the event was taking place in the winter, the organization decided to give away tumblers to every participant to keep their beverages warm.  The tumblers were imprinted with the event’s logo and date.

OUTCOME:

Participants were very appreciative of the tumblers and were happy to have a souvenir of the event.

OVERVIEW:

An eye clinic wanted to surpass fierce competition and become the leading laser eye treatment center in the area. 

DISTRIBUTION:

A travel mug featuring the name of the clinic and filled with post-op supplies was chosen as a great gift for patients who have received laser surgery.  The compact and creative package not only aided in recovery, but also positioned a lasting advertising message.

OUTCOME:

Patients loved the package!  Many patients who were pleased with the entire process referred new patients to the center.
