So you want to know more about our guaranteed ship dates, eh?

Each product on our site shows a Guaranteed Ship Date, which links to a small pop-up window. In this window, you will see the date and time you need to place your order by in order to receive the guaranteed ship date shown.

Placing Your Order
“Placing your order” means calling or e-mailing us with details including:

  • Product quantity, color & size (if applicable)
  • Imprint information (location & ink color)
  • Must have date
  • Ship To address
  • Method of payment

Artwork
The Guaranteed Ship Date includes time for us to prepare the artwork for your order. You’ll need to e-mail us the logo or copy that you would like imprinted on your product (unless, of course we have the artwork on file from previous orders). 

Shipping vs. Delivery
Your Guaranteed Ship Date is the day your order will ship from our factory (not the day it will be delivered to you!).

Guaranteed ship date + Carrier transit time = Delivery of your order

Changes to Your Guaranteed Ship Date
We may need to change your guaranteed ship date if there is a delay in receiving your order acknowledgement, artwork approval or method of payment.

Total Satisfaction Guarantee
In the very unlikely case we miss your event date, you can put our Total Satisfaction Guarantee to the test.
