Shipping

Your order will ship via common carrier (e.g., UPS or Fed Ex).  Please supply a valid street address, as carriers will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

FOB Points/Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped FOB (Freight On Board) from our vendor partner factories located across the US.  Once your order leaves the factory, you officially take ownership of the merchandise.  Of course, if the shipment is lost or delayed we will work with you to resolve the problem (part of our ‘Midwestern hospitality’!). 

Sorry, we cannot be held financially responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or US Customs departments or by 'acts of God' (sounds scary, huh?).

Split Shipments/Shipping to Multiple Locations
When we produce your entire order at once and ship it to more than one location, you will be charged a Split Shipment charge per location (after the 1st) in addition to the actual freight costs. 

The cost of each split shipment varies by our vendor partner factories and will be communicated in your order acknowledgement.

3rd Party Freight Billing/Can you ship on OUR Shipper Number?
We will be happy to ship your merchandise on your UPS, FedEx or other carrier account number. Simply notify your Account Specialist when you place your order.

A $7.50 charge will be added to all orders using a 3rd party shipper number. 

Should your shipment be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, we cannot accept responsibility for damages incurred to the shipment; you will need to file a claim with your freight carrier directly.  However, because we really like our clients, we will be happy to assist you in any way.

Multiple Product Shipments
When you order several different products, you may receive separate shipments at separate times since we ship from various vendor partner factories throughout the US. 

International Shipments
We will do our best to assist you with foreign shipments. Due to the complex nature of these transactions, you need to provide a shipper number and a valid recipient address.

Please be aware that some products may not be available for foreign shipment even if both conditions are met.  Contact your Account Specialist for further information.

Also note that you will be responsible for any VAT or import taxes on your shipments.  As much as we have tried in the past, we have no way to determine what those taxes will be until after the product is delivered.  Please check with your local customs/import office for more information.

We always do everything we can to get your order SHIPPED on time.  However, due to factors beyond our control such as customs clearance and national and international regulations regarding importing, delivery times for international shipments cannot be guaranteed.
