Thus, if the merchandise is defective or if we made a mistake in the order, we want to make things “right”.  If you have an issue with your order, please contact your Account Specialist.

If you ultimately end up returning your order, please, do not return the items to an address on the packing materials.  In many cases the facility processing the return will not be the same one that shipped the goods.  We will provide you with the specific information you need.
