With each order, you receive a 1/2-hour of art clean-up/resizing from our onsite professional staff at NO CHARGE!  90% of artwork we receive can be prepared for imprinting in this time.

Art requiring more than a 1/2 hour to prepare for imprinting is billed @ $50/hour. We will let you know of any art costs once our design team has reviewed your file.

Art Proof - Free With Every Order!
Before we begin production of your order, we email you a .PDF of your artwork placed on the product you are ordering for your approval.  We do not start production until we have your approval.

Here is where you take ownership; while we strive for perfection, it is your responsibility to correct any errors.  Please, for your sake (and that of our cardiologist), review the art proof carefully.  Please check:

• Spelling
• Omissions
• Correct logo usage
• Layout accuracy
• Imprint location, size
• Ink Color

Changes or revisions to your proof from your original instructions may change your guaranteed ship date.
