Objective:
To provide exposure for a new partnership of businesses

Strategy & Execution:
When five companies formed a new partnership, each partner created a mailing list of their top 100 business customers.
  1. Sound cards that played race car effects were sent as invitations to a trade show.
  2. At the show, prospects visited all 5 booths to qualify for a grand prize including Indy 500 tickets. Trade show exhibitors wore embroidered imprinted race-checked shirts and handed out race themed items.
Results:
Each of the five partnered companies gained exposure to new and qualified prospects.
